As your Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I’ll connect you with the simple online assessment and, once the results are in, I’ll guide you through a 1:1 ELI debrief session where we’ll dive deep into your results. We will uncover a clear path to awakening your potential and creating a life in alignment with your life goals.
Clifton Strengths Assessment
Completing the Clifton Strengths talent assessment (formerly the Clifton StrengthsFinder®) is your way to discover what you naturally do best.
As your Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I will provide a detailed debrief of your assessment results and discuss how you can learn to develop your greatest talents into strengths and use your personalized results to maximize your potential.
One-on-One Coaching
In our coaching sessions, I will assist you with designing your own vision and goals for the future, ask you explorative questions to bring out your unique insights, and walk with you on your journey to living and leading authentically and confidently in your element. I will hold you accountable to your commitments, encourage you to expand your comfort zone, and help you replace limiting beliefs with an empowering and inspired mindset so you can ultimately reach your goals.
I meet with my clients in virtual sessions ~2-4 times per month, however we will work together to identify the cadence and coaching package that best suits your needs.
